Our scope of work – in a nutshell
CHARTERING
In strict connection with the client, aims to optimise vessel’s employment
- Identify the best opportunities for the employment of the ships under management
- Elect the most suitable tonnage in the market
- Negotiation and execution of the charter party
OPERATION
Focuses on the performance of the vessel and can add further value improving the overall results
- Follow up of fixture
- Orders to the Master for the employment of the vessel
- Daily monitoring of vessel, position, prospects and performance
- Claim handling
- Bunker procurement
- Manage the relationships with agents, brokers, surveyors, suppliers and masters
- Hire statement and invoices issued in accordance with accounting regulations
- Any activity deem necessary to secure an effective execution of the Charter Party in a safe manner for the vessel and its crew
Risk Management / Accounting & Special Projects
Identifying, assessing and controlling risks and performances
- Identify and manage all risks related to the vessel
